Getting Started & Plans

Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of Professional access - no credit card required. Before that access ends, you can choose Starter or Professional, and billing begins on your trial end date. You keep full Professional access for the entire trial period regardless of which plan you select.
Yes. We design and build your managed price estimator from scratch, tailored to your services, qualifying criteria, and pricing methodology. You review and approve everything before it goes live.
Most businesses are live within 48 hours. That includes design, technical setup, and your final review of the qualification flow.
Starter helps you capture and qualify website enquiries through one managed price estimator. Professional adds up to five price estimators for different job types, automated follow-up and missed call recovery, Telegram alerts and updates, and analytics on job type, suburb, and source to see what's winning.
Each client account has one login for the person managing leads and follow-up. Strelve does not charge per seat.

Billing & Account

Yes. Upgrades (Starter → Professional) take effect immediately - you are charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. Switching from monthly to annual billing is also treated as an immediate change: you are charged the full annual amount straight away and your billing cycle resets from that date. Downgrades (Professional → Starter) are deferred to your next billing date so you keep everything you have paid for until the period ends.
If your subscription ends and you do not renew, your price estimator is immediately paused - new leads will see a 'service not available' message. You retain read-only access to your existing lead and analytics data, and can restore the account by resubscribing.
All fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you cancel, you retain full access to your plan's features until the end of the paid period - you will never be cut off mid-cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle - you keep full access until that date. After that, your price estimator pauses and your account stays available in read-only mode. Resubscribe to restore it.
