01Will my customers actually fill this in?
Yes. They have a reason to: they receive a tailored price estimate at the end. The questions give your team the job details and pricing context before you call. The estimator gives the customer something useful while helping your team understand and progress the enquiry.
02Is the price estimate a final quote?
No. All questions, pricing rules, and customer-facing wording are fully editable. By default, Strelve sends a price estimate email making clear it is a starting estimate — not a quote — and is subject to a site visit and any job specifics not accounted for.
03Does it work for my trade?
It works best when customers can answer the main pricing questions themselves, such as measurements, number of units, job specifications, and what they need done. Strelve can take enquiries from your website or through a link you share with customers.

04How much work is setup?
With self-service setup, choose a trade template, set your prices, preview the estimator and publish it yourself. Most businesses can publish their first estimator within 30 minutes. Prefer us to handle setup? Professional implementation has a one-time fee, quoted before you commit.
05What happens to my existing contact form?
Keep it for general questions and custom enquiries. Customers can reach your estimator from your website or a link you share in an email, social profile, or another channel. Strelve gives them a price estimate and your team the job details before the first call.
06How do alerts and follow-up work?
Starter includes email alerts for new leads. Professional adds automated follow-up emails, missed-call recovery, and follow-up reminders and action nudges so good enquiries do not depend on memory or require manually sending emails.
07Can it connect to my job-management system?
Professional lets your team send an enquiry to Tradify or Fergus when it is ready. Simpro can sync enquiries and status or value changes automatically.

08What does it cost?
Starter is NZ$99/month + 15% GST or NZ$990/year when billed annually + 15% GST, and includes one price estimator with a 50-lead monthly guide.
